All notary services provided through the Site are performed by California-commissioned notaries public in compliance with California Government Code § 8200 et seq. and other applicable regulations. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services will be resolved through binding arbitration in Santa Ana, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
